Bruce Malone,  President  2013-2014

 A Hemet High graduate, Bruce has lived in the area for about 40 years. He has worked for EMWD for 18 years. For the past 6 years, Bruce and his wife, Lyndell, have been involved with Hemet High Grad Night Committee. They are currently members of the San Jacinto Lions Club. Lyndell is currently the Secretary of the Hemacinto chapter of the ABWA. Their oldest son reported to the US Navy on May 4, 2010. Their youngest son plays Varsity Water Polo, is in 2 High School Bands, two bands at MSJC along with Inland Valley youth Orchestra. 


Susan Watson, Executive Director

Born and raised in Riverside County, Susan began her insurance career in 1976. After moving to Hemet in 1984, she spent the next 16 years as an insurance agent. She was a Key Club Kiwanis Advisor from 1991 to 1999, along with the Board of Secretary and honored as Kiwanian of the year 1992. Her experience as the President of the San Jacinto Chamber of Commerce in 1996 is very valuable to our board. As a busy retiree, she and her husband are part owners and property Managers of the Patio Plaza business complex in San Jacinto.


Phil Burch, Past President  2013-2014

Service Master

Phil is a firm believer in the success to be found in business networking. He is a prominent member of many networking groups throughout the valley. He also believes that a strong community is a healthy and happy one and dedicates a large portion of his free time to service clubs and their activities. As Operations Manager at ServiceMASTER, Phil has continued to help them lead the way as a business that maintains strong ties to the community and supports several local non-profits in their efforts.

Grant Brubaker, President Elect 2013-2014

Born and raised in the area, Grant has worked in many areas of the development and housing industry. With a background in Civil Engineering, Grant emphasizes attention to detail and dedication to customers. Grant offers a unique prospective to housing trends. Grant has been the Director of Engineering and Architecture of a major commercial developer, and run his own development consulting business. As co-owner of Authority Real Estate, Inc., Grant is responsible for the Property Management Division and Commercial Real Estate.      

Gregg Wilder, Treasurer 2013-2014

Robyn Kerry Salon & Spa

Gregg has the ability bringing people and groups together for the betterment of the San Jacinto Valley. As a business owner, along with his wife Robyn, Robyn Kerry Salon & Spa, employ 27 employees, are able to look at the valley from a long term business perspective. Coming from a Marketing Sales background an involved in many local community minded and based organizations, he has a vested interest in the future of the Valley.


Russ Utz, Member 2011-2014

With a degree in Psychology in Cal State San Bernardino, Russ began his community involvement with ASB at Riverside's Arlington High School. Today he is involved in numerous group like the Lions Club of San Jacinto, PTA Groups, and dedicating a large portion of his time to several valley non-profits, Russ has always lived a civic-minded life giving back to those around him. He has previously served San Jacinto as a Planning Commissioner and Vice Chair of the Measure V Oversight Committee for SJUSD

Soboba Foundation

Having a strong voice and vision to unite businesses, large and small, and connect its leaders with one another is a passion of Andrew's. Strongly believing that it is so important to do business with people who do business with you and bringing collaborative marketing efforts to the community, can complement each other in achieving their goals.  Andrew is the Sponsorship Coordinator for the Soboba Foundation and Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians. With a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, he brings a wealth of experience to the San Jacinto Chamber.
